Three Hertfordshire clients, three very different jobs.
These are testimonials given to Lignum Build by its own clients, quoted as they were written. There are only three of them and we'd rather show three real ones than pad the page — you can see from the detail in them that they describe actual jobs: a reconfiguration with a good number of steels in it, a lockdown loft conversion for two girls, and a bathroom taken back to the walls.

What the three have in common
Two of them mention the dates. All three mention Pat by name.
Complicated work, calmly
Joy B's job involved structural steels and relocating an electrical supply. The words she chose for it were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient — which is not how anyone describes a build that was being improvised.
Finished when promised
“Completed on time” in Markyate; “on time and budget” in Harpenden. Two unrelated clients volunteering the same thing is the most useful signal a builder's testimonials can carry.
A person, not a company
“Pat and his team”, “I contacted Patrick at Lignum”, “Pat and the team at Lignum Build”. When the director is the one on site, that's how clients write about the job afterwards.
